Girl A
by Abigail Dean
Lex was the girl that saved them and got them out. Now they are all grown up and have gone their separate ways, and Lex is responsible for trying to bring them back together to do something good with their childhood home and site of horrendous abuse.
I found the timeline and some of the writing to be a bit confusing and extremely vague. The story is dark and just doesn’t ever really make the darkness totally worthwhile. It all just felt too surface level and left me feeling unsettled. Something was just not right.
