The True Happiness Company: A Memoir by Veena Dinavahi

dark emotional reflective medium-paced

4.0

Wonderfully written, this memoir by Venna Dinavahi at a times feels like it would be impossible for anyone to go thought this and at the same time feels relatable. Her experience since a young academically minded teen to a single mom of three is one of strength and resilience. During the book you hope for Veena, hope that she gets what she deserves, unconditional love. The book walks you through, chronologically, decision by decision and you’re left with the question, would I get into a cult like that if I were in her shoes?
