The Twits by Roald Dahl
2.0

I just finished reading Roald Dahl's The Twits, and... I don't know what to say. This is definitely not on par with Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, and not even with Charlie and the Great Glass Elevator. I gave this book a 3 stars at first, then lowered it to 2, because 3 is pretty generous when you see that that means you 'liked' it. And I'm not sure that I do. 2.5 is more than enough.

The story begins
Spoilerwith an apparent dislike for men who have beards, and for women who aren't beauty queens. Those kind of people are nasty, and do nasty things to one another. And to the beings around them. And then the beings get them back. The end.

Really, that's it. And you know, that's all I'm going to say about it. It's a children's book, but what's the message? Wash yourselves, don't grow beards, keep on smiling, even if life is bad to you? Eh. Bye!
