Sigh… what do I say about this book? I have restarted this review multiple times. I wanted to love the story, but I just can’t. I know it’s supposed to be a fantastical romance, but it’s SO perfect it falls flat. Some plot points seem historically inaccurate. In the end, the story seems beautifully wrapped with little substance.
