This book was beautiful specially towards the end. The climax was real intense and had me on the edge of my seat. I could feel Fabiola's pain when she missed her Manman and her sense of otherness in this whole new place. I hated Dray and think he got what he deserved, but oh poor Kasim! Really hard hitting and quite beautiful.
