Eterna and Omega by Leanna Renee Hieber

4.0

As always, I have nothing but praise for Hieber's work. The heroes we met and admired in book one on either side of the pond unite, first on American soil, but with the bulk of the action in Britain. This series continues to set itself apart from Leanna's other works in that while there is a hint of romance, the main focus is on the action (I would have actually preferred more focus on the relationship between Clara & Bishop and Rose & Spire, but it's also nice to see them moving slow). Fans of Hieber's other works will appreciate cameos of some characters from Darker Still and Strangely Beautiful. If you havent read the latter, you may find a certain scene to be a strange digression. The ending sets up nicely for a Book 3 in the Eterna Files series, which I eagerly await.
