The Last Wish by Andrzej Sapkowski

3.0

Having watched the Netflix adaption first, most of the stories were familiar. Except some minor differences here or there, it all pretty much went the same way.
Biggest difference being Geralt actually asking for the child of surprise cause he feels like the trade and knowledge of being a witcher are getting lost. Pretty dim in comparison to the same scene in the show where he just straight out says 'f*ck' and leaves. Two very varying reactions but the second one definitely makes for an entertaining show and some very loud giggles.

Might actually be more of a 3 but learning some tidbits here and there after going through the story once already, just felt kinda like some sweet bonuspoints.
