The Mist Thief was such a beautiful continuation of this world. What stood out most to me was how the story shines a light on the journey of growing confidence as a woman—finding yourself, your strength, and having someone who unashamedly loves every single piece of you.
The romance and relationship really take center stage here, with the turmoil in the wider world falling a bit more into the subplot (unlike The Ever King and The Ever Queen where the balance was different). But honestly, I didn’t mind—it made for such a heartfelt, swoony, and deeply emotional read.
And dare I say… Jonas might just be my favorite man in this entire series?!
