I received this from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

Looking past the whole goldfish thing, this novel is about the inhabitants of an apartment building, their lives, and the interconnections between them. It's a bit twee at times, and it kind of reminded me of The Mezzanine at times, but with the focus on the people rather than a protagonist's thoughts. Overall, it's a decent tale that will have you thinking about the people that you pass by on a daily basis.
