You ever read a thriller so chilling you don't know what to say? We'll anyway that's me right now.

I knew I was going to love this book from page one. I loved the first book in this installment and I was quite excited for a sequel because I loved our inspectors, Mia Kruger and Holmer Munch, their dynamic and the rest of their team as well. I love when crime and thriller books have scenes from the detective's lives and scenes that are not connected to the investigation.

The plot was chilling and very interesting from start to finish. It sucks you right into the story and you can't stop turning pages until the very end. Which is exactly what I look for in a thriller.

However, there are some things I'm not quite happy with. I love when the bad guy isn't obvious and when the author "offers" you possible bad guy but in the end it end up being someone else. That's awesome because it's a plot twist, and let's be real crime/thriller needs those. What I don't like is when the bad guy ends up being someone we literally saw two times and doesn't have any sort of a role in the story itself. It's just some random guy. I don't like that. Yes, it's a plot twist, but a very bad one. It feels as if author himself didn't know who to blame so he just pulled out a random character. To me a bad guy has to have a role, impact and be somewhat important in the whole story.

All in all, I do recommend this book if you're into thriller novels and I definently recommend you to check out the first book in this installment.
