Well, this was a surprising disappointment for me. A great and thrilling premise that just didn’t deliver. The characters were flat. No thrills, no horror. It read like a YA book and the whole thing just wasn’t fleshed out enough for me.
If you are thinking of reading this l, definitely don’t do the audiobook bc the narrator was terrible! This might have been a LOT better on paper.
