I was really looking forward to a short cute romance novella for me personally this book didn’t do that. 

Yes novella‘s are supposed to be fast paced but I felt like quite a lot was missed out also quite a lot of unnecessary content. I didn’t really see the need for the prolonged point of views of the main characters while she was high. 

I thought the idea of the book was really cute and reminded me a bit of the film kissing booth but what was interesting is the kissing booth part never happened they got together way before he planned the whole thing and there wasn’t really much of a buildup.

The only thing for me that stopped me from DNFing was that it was a novel and I was already nearly over when you started. It wasn’t that difficult to follow. There were a few random things that random pretending and a random ghost. I just had a lot of different plots for an umbrella and none of them were really followed through.

1 ⭐ I did not enjoy at all.

I could not click with the book, I almost DNFed.
