I’ve seen a lot of people say they got bored with the back-and-forth emails and text messages that make up about 60% of this book, but I devoured it, honestly. It’s definitely a different style. Since there's no internal dialogue for 60% of the book, you don’t fully know what the characters are thinking, yet it still hooked me, and I genuinely enjoyed every bit of it.

That said, the ending left me a bit frustrated. It felt vague, and the epilogue didn’t clearly show where the characters stood in their relationship now or how things had changed. It could have been so much stronger and more satisfying.

Another detail that bothered me was their first time together. Given Ruby’s lack of experience, I expected Aaron to take the lead more confidently. Instead, he had her go on top, which felt odd and a little frustrating, especially since he knew she was inexperienced.

Flawed ending aside, it was a unique, addictive read that had me loving every email, text and real life moment.
