A suspenseful, thought-provoking novella about a crisis center worker who takes a call she can’t forget, and forces her to rethink everything and everyone she’s ever known. Satisfying ending! A bit predictable but I was on the edge of my seat wanting to know how the story would unfold. Lucinda Berry remains one of my auto-buy thriller & suspense authors for a reason!
