Her Secret Fantasy by Gaelen Foley
4.0
For books of this genre they all tend to be the same, and it usually takes a little something extra to get above a three star rating.
This novel had `it` in spades. Perfectly written lead couple, flawed but with suitable and realistic development. Lily was shy and I thought too cowardly to like, but Derek bought out a fiestiness in her that you couldn't not admire.
Derek was so impressive, I mean, the man broke a bed! But he was so protective and so clearly devoted to Lily, so taken with her personality and solving any problems, that I couldn't not love him.
Their banter was endearing and made me smile, their relationship so real that you felt their love for each other through the pages.
Loved that there wasn't one subplot - Edward - but personal developments and stories as well which came together.
I absolutely and wholeheartedly recommend, but leave Derek alone, he is allll mine!
