I always find it weird to rate people's memoirs. This was someone's life and their story to tell. Who am I to say if it was good or not? I will say that this book kept me hooked throughout the whole thing. I gasped and even cried at one part. This is a very intense memoir full of abuse, in various forms, but eventually a woman coming into her own beliefs and standing up for them.
