I read this for a girls book club in middle school. Not gonna lie, it probably wasn't the best choice of book for a bunch of preteen girls.* I did like it though.
*I changed my mind; I think this book is probably really important for younger girls (even boys). I spoke too soon before finishing it. Honestly, I would’ve cried when reading Judi’s mom’s letter to her if I wasn’t in class.
