Vampire Academy by Richelle Mead

I really liked the writing style of this book. Personally I am very interested in vampires, and all things supernatural really, so I found this interesting to read. That is because I have the feeling that in the vampire world anything can happen. This book divides the vampires in different groups and I think it is very interesting to see what the differences are between them. I also like the pacing of the book. You get a lot of information throughout the book to help you understand the world. And yes there is action in this book but it isn’t like to close to each other. By that I mean that the events aren’t slammed after each other which would lead to a lot of dramatic things happening and you thinking: ‘Can’t I get a moment if piece or a romantic scene or something?’ or ‘This character really goes through all the worst things.’ The last thing I personally really hate because writers can sometimes let everything bad happen to the main character or give them to much, you know?
