The Last Question by Isaac Asimov

5.0

Ok..wow...I read this as my first audiobook, it was only 30 minutes long and it was BRILLIANT. I'd give it 6 stars if I could.
Basically, humanity built an amazing computer that could answer any question. With its help, people figured out gradually how to use solar power instead of fossil fuels, interstellar travel and how to separate their consciousness from their bodies. Yet one question still remained. Over billions of year, the computer is repeatedly asked if there is a way to reverse entropy. And it never seems to have enough data...
Considering how short the story is, that's pretty much all I can say without giving too much away. I think it's best if you read this without any sort of spoiler. But I will say this, that last line is <3 and it gave me chills at the same time.
