Ravage - Bis zum letzten Herzschlag by Tillie Cole

3.0

This did not go they way I expected.

The Good Points

It was more on the darker side than the first two. Not that I'm complaining but there was no trigger warning anywhere, except on other reviews.

Zoya was brave, strong and undeniably resilient. She's my favourite lady so far.

Valentine is not like the others taken by the deep underground of the Georgian Militant Mafia.
He remembers everything.

We've seen Luka and Zaal struggle with who they were made into and having their memories return puts them at odds with themselves. Valentine is still effected by the drug and his actions aren't fully his own so the fact the he remembers was a huge part of why I enjoyed this story line.

The bad points

Same as the last two books. Some major editing and sentence structures need attention.

How they reference male and female characters for example "We have a male working on...." can you not just say, we have a scientist? This and the other kind of references kinda felt degrading to the person's attributes and qualities.

Is it worth reading?
Heck YES!
But if you haven't read the first two books, you should probably go back and start there or you will be missing a lot of information.
