Scott Pilgrim's Precious Little Life by Bryan Lee O’Malley
3.0
adventurous funny lighthearted fast-paced
Plot or Character Driven: A mix
Strong character development: No
Loveable characters: Yes
Diverse cast of characters: Yes
Flaws of characters a main focus: Yes

Got a good chuckle out of me a few times. Love the art style and 4th wall break, and the dynamic “main-characterization” of every character in the novel. A shining beacon of its time. Still in 2025 it’s hard to digest the manic-pixie dream girl, and more people should be mad at Scott for dating a high schooler.
