acyl 's review for:
A Walk to Remember
by Nicholas Sparks
The movie is better.
Perhaps the reason why I stand by with that statement is because I first watched the movie before reading the book. And while I was reading the book, I kept searching for those sweet moments present in the movie and I constantly get disappointed. I so badly wanted the two to be completely alike that the moment I started reading, I had started comparing.
The book was boring, too much detail. And the movie was so romantic I couldn't keep my feelings to myself. Yeah, I guess I like a little drama, which is why I loved the movie so much.
No matter how many times I reread the book, I know I'll still feel the same way:
The movie is better.
