This was my favorite book in this series! The grumpier my book boyfriends, the better. Hayes is so grumpy and guarded on the outside, but with Savannah you really get to see that soft, caring underbelly, along with the fierce protectiveness he has for everyone he loves. Hayes and Savannah are the epitome of picking a partner brings out the best in you and makes you a better version of yourself. Their story is full of ups and downs. There is tragedy and heartbreak, anger and bitterness, and they just make the HEA so much sweeter in the end! (And of course Beefcake will always steal the show).
