I would’ve loved for this book to be at least 50 chapters shorter. Slow burn which I realise might not be for me. Overall great book and plot and I love Lin Wanyue and Li Xian they are both incredible women, so smart and strong and reading about their feelings and relationship was incredibly heartwarming and made me very happy.
