January First: A Child's Descent into Madness and Her Father's Struggle to Save Her by Michael Schofield

4.0

Very good book! This gives a very real picture of what it must feel like to be a parent of a child with a mental illness. Your heart breaks for Jan(n)i, Bodhi and their parents. But it is so powerful to see how much Michael really loves his daughter. He is literally willing to do anything to keep her safe and to try and help her. His unconditional love is really inspiring and moving.
