there are a lot of people bashing the heroine for her decision. well that was plain stupid and thank God for her nothing expect the baby she wanted happened (hello psycho murderers/ AIDS...). I don't condemn her. I know poeple that did worse and didn't have half the guilty conscience she has.
I don't understand the background of Coner (I keep reading connard French for a**hole. disturbing...) was is really necessary to explain his behaviour. I mean the uncles being stupid jerks to the point of physical injuries? ok the H has to have a bad background too make him look more Alpha but still. the mother or the grand-father never knew? stoped it? cared?
the emotions was well described. but the abrupt ending was a cold shower. I guess it should have been longer but this kind of book can't afford it. a pity.
well I will still read Rebecca's story but just because I want to know the back-story between her and Josh. ^^
