I liked the book, I loved the idea of it, but in my opinion the story line was a little bit messy and quick. Right in the beginning it is clear what the problems of our characters are and then for more than half the book we are getting examples and them explaning it again. And sure, they grow a bit closer but I didn't feel the romance building. They are not progressing or dealing with their issues, they just exist, then confess their feelings and have sex. Of course I did enjoy the scenes we got, JP is absolutely adorable and hilarious especially when he's drunk. But then I put this book down and it was very hard to pick up again, which for me is a sign it didn't really draw me in. And then we have the big boom, and it did nothing for me, it was irrational and if they had proper open communication they would have spared each other the worry and tears. I hate endings like that, it kinda proves that the two of them could never be together long term, you need more than passion and love to make a relationship work. Kelsey and JP are truly not meant to be.

This book felt like a three star read with some four star moments here and there but then at the ending it quickly became two. I'm so sorry, but it is not my cup of tea. I could not even finish the book, books should be fun and I was not even having one little bit of fun. I'm so sorry to the author for giving a bad review, I loved Lottie's and Huxley's book but this book is not it.
