Epileptic has been on my to-read list for a while, and I finally got around to it last night/today. It was quietly violent and a little gut-wrenching and mostly a good, intelligent, memorable read. I would've liked to have read it in the original language (French) - and am also looking forward to David B's other work, if I can find it.
