It is so impressive that something with so few pages and such short lines can have so much of an impact. I Just finished another book by this author when I saw this book on the shelf, I'm so glad I picked it up. The writing is phenomenal and the stories are just insane. My favorite part is probably how much information there is in here about la medicina verde (the green medicine). So much knowledge and history comes from just those parts of the book. This was a quick read and I would highly suggest it to anyone wanting to know about Cuba's war history or natural medicine.
