I enjoyed this book but didn't connect with the characters as much as I did with Valentin and Peter. Oh well it was an excellent read none the less. On par with Ms. Pearce's previous books in the series, it was full of drama, steamy scenes, and a very dangerous Lord Minshom. I continue to enjoy how Ms. Pearce weaves her previous characters into the later books but I would almost like to see more of them.
