I could do without the entire first part of the book. Too slow for my taste and too much detail in the world building.
Loved when the intrigue started. Couldn't have guessed the plottwist. So the stars this book gets leans heavily on that. But it seemed to drag on in a lot of the book and suddenly picks up pace in other parts. Also don't like the ending. It leaves a lot to the imagination instead of just giving me closure. This is an enjoyable book but could've lived without it, in my opinion.
