i’ve watched the movies multiple times so i was expecting this book to kinda drag out and not be the best and that expectation was correct.
definitely preferred the movie to the book on this one especially since there isn’t so much boring unnecessary dialogue. so much of what bella does with jacob barely moves the plot along and i feel like this book could’ve been shorter.
there’s just way too much excessive unnecessary writing that feels boring and half the time there’s multiple pages of bella’s inner thoughts that could’ve been summed up in “i’m depressed without edward, i need him back”.
looking forward to reading eclipse and breaking dawn now that this one is over with, hopefully they aren’t as disappointing as this one.
