Frustrating

I went into this blind but ended up reading all the spoilers halfway through book one. I'm glad I did because I think it made the second to easier to read. I think I'd have the same feelings about this series as a lot of other people if I hadn't seen those spoilers.

I think Tobias was right for Cecelia. Unlike others, I'm torn as to whether she should have been with either Dom or Sean. Dominic's death wasn't needed to progress the story. More than enough was going outside of that to move things along. Marryu g Sean off just seemed like a convenient way to open things up for Tobias. The idea of Cecelia and Tobias together is ridiculous, they are so incompatible that it's laughable. Their relationship is so beyond toxic, I find it funny that Cecelia puts up with even half his crappy behaviour.

Honestly, if I hadn't had an idea of what was coming as I was reading, I wouldn't have only DNF'd this series, I would have thrown my Kindle out of frustration numerous times.
