As a lover of big, juicy family dramas (think Big Little Lies) this did not disappoint. Is Marian Keyes the Liane Moriarty of Ireland?

Super loveable, but flawed characters that felt so real. Absolutely ate up the loud, messy Irish-ness of it all.

What a beast of a book though! Don’t let the size put you off, it definitely needed the 500ish pages to really go into depth on the ton of characters. On that note, the family tree is a lot to remember at first but you grasp it fairly quickly. This is a long book but the writing/dialogue style is so witty and authentic that it was actually a really quick read!
