The Red House Mystery
by A.A. Milne
A pleasant and captivating read. Coming from the creator of Winnie the Pooh, this had all the elements of a good mystery novel worth reading.
Set in England this book provides an insight into the life of England's rich. Anthony, the protagonist, who had come into a substantial amount of inheritance keeps changing professions and a murder in the red house, allows him to put on the hat of a detective. He takes a sidekick , bill who is certainly watsonish. Together, using cool logic and deductive reasoning, with a little fun on the way, they bring out the true committee of crime.
