I keep reading this series, because I find the forensics interesting, and because I think Patricia Cornwell is a good writer. Unfortunately, I think she needs to rein her plot in a bit. A few of the plot twists in this book are very good, but many others come across as being forced. In this type of series, one would assume at some point that the main character would be accused of murder, but this one doesn't work that well. I found much of this book to be an angry mess.
