Interesting read, it definitely takes on a much darker tone than the movie would have you think. Crichton does not shy away from killing characters off, throwing the point in the readers face, and leaving you wanting a little more.
“Life finds a way” is truly the essence of the story and that humans need to lower their sense of self.
7/10 book I’d recommend it to anyone who enjoys a fast pace mystery book with some gore.
Sadly after finishing the book all of four minutes ago I found out Crichton was a raging homophobe but he is dead and the gays live to see another day, so the joke is on him.
