I actually really enjoyed this book more than I thought I would. I honestly didn't expect it to be such a slow burn (kinda) and be as long as it was, but I still enjoyed myself a lot even though it did drag a bit at times and also felt kinda rushed at the end.

I liked Colton and Kaden's relationship a lot. I liked their banter and growth as friends and a couple and it felt very realistic in a sense. There were some things I didn't really care for, like some of the dialogue between their hockey teammates was kinda questionable and a little cringe here and there. That Brittney Spears joke was kinda unnecessary and unless I missed it, why didn't Colton and Kaden use protection when Kaden literally just had sex with Jonathan like the day before?

Other than that, this was a pretty entertaining read and was better than expected. Interested to see where this series goes.
