how did a book thats less that 200 pages make me sob like a fucking child. this was heartbreaking in the best way. i started this series with this book by mistake having forgotten that this was the third but i regret nothing, this one healed me then hurt me and will continue to repeat the process a few more times.
i loved both of our mes so much, i just wanted to hug siline so bad, oh my lovely girl, you’ve been so so strong.
and then there is gabriel, my god he was so down bad for her literally everything he said and thought of her had me tearing up. their romance was so bittersweet.

the writing, the prose and the dialogue had me gasping for air, so beautifully written, enticing such deep emotions from the reader, the flaws and the trauma both the characters have and experienced in their lives truly spoke to me.
a tragedy of love indeed.
