Did not finish book. Stopped at 21%.

Stopped because I did not find the main character to be a convincingly written female character. It felt like the (male) author wrote a male MC and then was told that females are selling well these days, so converted the character to a lesbian… but nothing about this character read like a woman. A lot about it read male gaze… so, no. Hard pass.
