I bought this book because it was a signed first edition at BJs on sale. I read it because I was curious by the premise. It wasn't my typical book at all, but I mostly enjoyed it. Really a 3.5/5 read because I didn't buy some of the characters' actions, and because I didn't buy the ending, but whatever. I enjoyed it. It's worth a read, especially for some 1950s vibes.
