It was cute, and if you’re looking for an easy going contemporary romance with a cute little twist I would recommend. HOWEVER, I will warn you it definitely made me cry.
The writing in this novel was fantastic and the plot was really thought out. The concept was really sweet, and reminded me a lot of a reverse Just Like Heaven.
However, I felt like there was not a lot of romance in it for a romance novel. (I am not talking spice, just simply the romance aspect.) A lot of the plot was heavily focused on the FMC’s grief/healing over loss of a family member. The payoff was good but VERY short lived.
