Really enjoyed this one. I have read several of Card's fantasy series and other books but never the Ender books, and the complexity of the world he creates in this book doesn't disappoint. He says the book was decades in the making, and it's fun to read his afterword explaining how the book came about. I'm looking forward to more in the series. The only drawback was the crudeness of some parts of the book. The teen boys talk and do some crude things I'd really not care to read about. It's not really bad, but it was a little more than I would have liked.
