I think bully romances may just not be for me. Stone was just a walking red flag, very toxic.

I did like for all hi macho "protection" he actually ended up being the one saved.

Pacing was uneven. The book's climax wasn't very long and then just jumps.

We go from Wren being upset in the hospital, not knowing if Stone would make it out of surgery to them looking at a house together. I thought it was a dream. Also, no proposal DURING A HOCKEY GAME would ever happen. That's always an automatic no from me.
