- This book was everything. I was about to jump through the pages a couple times I was in too deep lol. I felt so protective over Elias and Cress marriage.
- Cress lives her life for no one but herself! She lives her dreams of being a dancer and not being under her family's thumb. I loved her commitment to herself. You cannot be of any help if you aren't confident and comfortable in your skin. With that being said her family needs her help for the first time in years. They need her to marry Elias. This quiet and chaotic man rolled into one. Elias is a king🧎🏾♀️Im so happy he got to be loved properly!
- He feels he can be of no help to his family with his mental health and she wants nothing more than to be free of her family and their business. I thought it would take forever for me to get on board with this marriage but literally 10% in I knew this book would be good asl. I loved the representation of bipolar disorder the good and bad. The calm was so authentic and sweet but that storm was scary and truly manic but throughout I was rooting for them. Im so happy with this book I truly loved it. I need more lol.
