📚: Just the Nicest Couple is a about two couples, two teacher friends and one husband dead. At first, Nina thinks her husband Jake is just taking some time away after a blowout fight. As the days go on she realizes he is truly missing. Her friend Lily thinks she is the last one to see Jake alive and may have killed him after a disagreement at a local park. Lily’s husband Christian is determined to keep the truth between the couple after she confesses everything to him.

đź’: This was a bingeable domestic thriller that was easy to read and suspenseful. Entertaining but I had guessed the “big twist” before it was revealed. The whole Ryan storyline threw me off and was confusing as to what his role was meant to be. Enjoyed but not my favorite Kubica book!
