I'd forgotten why this book was one of my favourites growing up! So well written, so well executed. Tess Gerritsen is a genius, to be honest. She hooks me every time.

The first section is a bit slow, but once Emma is in space, it takes off and rushes toward the end. Will re-read again in the future.
