The amorphous carnivorous monster, who lives cut off from civilization, knows therapy terms. It's casual. And unique.
This was a witty and gritty sapphic romance between a monster and monster hunter. Shesheshen is our POV character and our monster. A lot of the humor comes from her perspective of not understanding humans all too well.
I enjoyed the setup a ton and loved the slow build up! The back half got a little messier and a few things were wrapped up conveniently, but it was still really enjoyable.
