I'm underwhelmed.
This book is so…muddled? Like what? huh? SJM needs an editor because why did it take 300 pages for anything of note to happen. Also like what? huh? what??? It wasn’t bad it just wasn’t good. The plot structure and pacing was all over the place, too much was going on. Too many characters and too many POVs and none were balanced well. THARION? Barely useful. ITHAN? BASICALLY USELESS.
I'm still confused about Hunt's dad(s). Lidia SLAYED. How is she related to Aelin I'm so confused about that...
Why do we keep killing people just to bring them back to life CUT THAT SHIT OUT.
Are we just completely forgetting Sigrid??? Wtf is going on with that??? She's just gonna be a reaper wolf?

Everybody and their mom got a major job promotion in this book and yet most of them feel unearned??
I know she apparently said there will be a 4th book but this FEELS like a finale. Just with some loose ends. Like this it bro I don’t need anymore I’m done. Let me live.
