This book is much too long and the characters aren't developed well. Lots of things happened but they always resolved too quickly for me to care, and were very obvious and/or frustrating. The plot twist also happened right at the end which means the entire middle section of the book felt pointless. I did not enjoy reading this and think it could have been written much more masterfully than it was. There is a sequel to this book and it feels as though all the action occurs at the end in order to make you buy the second one, which is a cheap tactic I don't appreciate.
